Reservations
Reservations are accepted subject to receipt of a deposit paid via Internet Banking, Cash, Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard), or Direct Credit.
The balance of the account is payable in full on arrival and must be for the full time booked and the number of people booked.  No reduction for early departures (including weather) or reduction in numbers.  Payment can be by Cash, Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard), or Eftpos.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations to bookings will incur a $25 admin fee. Cancellations need to be made 1 week prior to arrival. International customers are unable to receive refunds as refunds are made via bank transfer.

No refunds for early departure.

Quiet Time
We are a Family Orientated Park and as such have a ‘quiet time’ between 10:30 pm and 7:00 am.

Damage to Riverside Property
Any damage to roofed accommodation, guest areas and Riverside holiday park property will be charged to the guests credit card held on file.

Electronic Viewing
Guests are liable for any electronic content downloaded or viewed by them during their stay.

5km speed limit at all times
If our guests exceed the 5km speed limit, we reserve the right to cancel reservations and guests will be asked to vacate their accommodation.

Dogs
* Dogs must be on a leash at all times
*Dogs not to be taken inside kitchen, hall or bathrooms.
*Please clean up after your dog.
