What time can I check-in?
From midday to 6pm (Summer) & 5pm (Winter) for Tent/Campervan/Caravan sites. From 2pm to 6pm (Summer) & 5pm (Winter) for Cabins, Studio and on-site Chalet.
Can we arrange a late check in?
Yes, email or call to let us know when you will be arriving. We will arrange all the check in details with you, so when you arrive, you are all sorted.
What time is check-out?
By 10.00 am. Late check-out may be pre-arranged in the off-peak seasons.
What are your seasons?
PEAK: 15 December – 7 February plus all School Holidays and Public Holiday weekends, All Long Weekends.
Drinking Water?
Water in the Kitchen and from taps around the is safe to drink. It is bore water that is treated.
Quiet times?
‘Quiet Time’ is between the hours of 10.30 pm and 7.30 am daily. No noise is to be made during these hours.
Are your prices GST Inclusive?
Yes.

Office hours?
Summer Hours (December – March) 9.00am to 6.00pm. Winter Hours (April – November) 9.00 to 5.00.
How old is a child?
Children are from 3 to 15 years. Children 2 and under stay free.
Is WIfi available?
Yes, FREE WIFI is available from the office.
Barrier Arm locked?
The Barrier Arm allowing access into the park is locked at 10.30 pm and re-opens at 6.30am.
How can I pay?
A deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance payable on check-in or any time prior. Payment can be via internet banking, direct credit, Credid Card (Visa or MasterCard)or cash.
Is linen provided?
Full linen is provided in the Cabins, Studio and Chalet.
Can I have pets?
We are an animal friendly park. Dogs cost $5 per night..
No animals are allowed inside any camp facilities including Cabins, Studio, Chalet, Kitchen, Bathrooms, TV or Lounge rooms.
Shop?
We sell Ice, Ice-cream and Cold Drinks in the office.
Showers?
Showers cost $1.50 for 6 minutes and tokens are available from the office.
